Derek Bratton serves as the Academic Advisor for the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) at UMass Amherst. He advises all students enrolled in the online degree program and on-campus program in the hospitality and tourism department. He is also the faculty advisor for the HTM Career Day Committee, National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, and HTM Student Ambassador Program. He received his M.Ed. in School Counseling from UMass Amherst and M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College.
