Real Estate Society
The Real Estate Society has two "segments," which will alternate every other week. The first week we will go over a specific topic, relevant to the Real Estate and underlying Construction industry. After going over the fundamentals and basics of the particular weekly topic, we will discuss related current events in the news. The following week we hope to schedule a professional, ideally a UMass alumni, from the segment of the industry we reviewed the week before, to give a presentation. Field trips will be organized once a month to view construction sites in the nearby area (and Boston and Merrimack Valley region) to understand the construction aspect that goes along with Real Estate investing.
