Diversity Programs - DiMES
Established in 1988, the mission of Diversity in Management Education Services (DiMES) is to promote diversity within the Isenberg School community. Various resources are made available to all students through DiMES. The Isenberg Undergraduate Programs Office works closely with DiMES to offer academic advising, tutoring services and other forms of assistance to Isenberg School students. The Isenberg School is a community comprised of students from various walks of life. Our diversity allows students to gain an edge by presenting a true image of today's business profession.
Through DiMES, the Isenberg School works with other academic programs at the University of Massachusetts Amherst such as the Bilingual Collegiate Program (BCP), the Committee for the Education of Black and other Minority Students (CCEBMS), the Native American Student Support Services (NASSS), and the United Asia Learning Resource Center (UALRC). On a national level, DiMES also works closely with the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, the National Association of Black Accountants, and INROADS.
