Betsy Goff, JD, joined the faculty of the Department of Sport Management in the fall of 2002 as a lecturer for Introduction to Sports Management and for Sports Broadcasting. In September, 2003 she became the Director of Internships, and during the spring semester 2004, she will add Introduction to Sports Law to her teaching responsibilities. Mrs. Goff's area of expertise is sports and the media, most particularly sports television and the relationship sport organizers and television rights' holders should have with the international broadcast community. She has consulted with such organizations as the All England Club (Wimbledon), the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews (British Open Golf), the USTA, the IOC and several Olympic Game Organizing Committees on the structure of their television agreements with broadcasters throughout the world...
