Isenberg School Fulbright Recipient to Conduct Seminars and Research in New Zealand

Charles ScheweCharles ScheweIsenberg School Professor of Marketing Charles Schewe has received a Fulbright Specialist Award for travel to New Zealand, where he be a visiting professor at Massey University near Auckland. During his five-week visit, beginning on February 21, Schewe will conduct seminars on his research exploring the differing values and market segmentation of age groups known as generational cohorts. He will also work with New Zealand researchers to investigate the age structure and market segmentation of cohorts in New Zealand. In May, Professor Schewe will be in  residence at the University of Stockholm in an exchange program with the Isenberg School.

 

Professor Schewe's research on generational cohorts and their segmentation has appeared in leading business and marketing journals and in two books, Defining Markets, Defining Moments, with Geoffrey Meredith ( John Wiley & Sons, 2002) and Managing by Defining Moments, with Geoffrey Meredith and Alex Hiam (John Wiley & Sons, 2002).
