Chancellor Holub Kicks Off the Campaign for Isenberg Leadership and Announces $500,000 Leadership Gift to O’Brien Chair

Chancellor Robert Holub spoke with Isenberg Alumni in Boston at “The Point” restaurant, hosted by Point owner and Business Advisory Council member Larry Post ’75. Dr. Holub spoke about the importance of the search for a new Dean of the Isenberg School and the positive impact that the Campaign for Isenberg Leadership will have on attracting a top quality person to lead the school.

“The Dean Thomas O’Brien Endowed Chair will be a tangible example of the commitment that Isenberg alumni are making to the future success of their school and the University” Holub said. He also announced that the first leadership gift of $500,000 had been pledged by an Isenberg alumnus.

Following the reception, the Chancellor, Dean Tony Butterfield, search committee member and Chair of the Department of Sport Management Lisa Masteralexis and Isenberg alumni attended the Boston Celtics game at the TD Banknorth Garden. The tickets and private box arrangements were made by John Wentzell ’84.
