Admission Requirements

Admission to the Part-Time MBA program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management is based on several criteria: Academic history, aptitude for graduate-level work, motivation, and managerial experience are all taken into consideration. No one academic or professional background is favored in the selection of candidates.

Admission to the Part-Time MBA program is made throughout the year. Applications must be submitted directly to the Graduate Admissions Office by;

 

July 1 - for fall admission
December 1 - for spring admission
May 1 - for summer admission

 

Required applications materials include:

• Completed Graduate School application including a personal statement. Please specify Part-Time MBA and the relevant venue for which you applying (i.e. Holyoke, Pittsfield, Shrewsbury, Online)
• Official GMAT score (GMAT waiver may apply for those holding doctoral degrees - J.D., M.D., Ph.D.)
• Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, only one official copy is required
• Two recommendations, Professional preferred
• Resume/CV
• For international applicants only - Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), score of 600 or greater.
