Program Prerequisites

All Part-Time MBA Program applicants must have a minimum of a 4 years bachelors degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited college/university.

Students with non-business undergraduate degrees, or those who have not completed undergraduate coursework in accounting, finance, economics, and management are required to:

A. Complete the Foundations of Business course or

B. Complete undergraduate level courses in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Management at an accredited college/university

The Foundations courses is a 70-hour, non-credit, pass/fail course that is available online only during the Winter OR Summer semesters.

Students interested in the Part-Time MBA program are not required to complete the Foundations course before registering for their first course. Part-Time MBA students have one full year from the semester in which they are matriculated (formally accepted) in the program to complete the Foundations of Business prerequisite.

Prospective students who have an undergraduate degree in business OR have taken undergraduate level courses in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and management are waived from the this program prerequisite.
