DH or CD Admission Requirements:

A. Member of Commonwealth Honors College or Honors Program
B. Change of Major to MAJOR DH or MAJOR CD, co-signed at Honors Office
C. Ability to complete 48 graded (not pass/fail) credits in residence (not transfer)
D. Interview with DH or CD Coordinator

Grade Point Requirements:

Magna cum laude: 3.5 overall
Summa cum laude: 3.8 overall

Research Requirement:

Yes 499Y/499T or Yes 499Y/499P
(3-cr research/3-cr project) (3-cr research/3-cr project)
Thesis Option (499Y/T or Project Option (499Y/P):
Minimum grade required for 499Y and 499T OR 499P:
AB Departmental Honors Magna cum laude
AB Departmental Honors Summa cum laude
B Department Honors cum laude

Honors Course Requirements:

TWO honors courses from other departments that fulfill Honors Program requirements OR
SIX honors courses from other departments that fulfill Commonwealth College requirements.
1 MGT honors course, Colloquium or Honors Independent Study (HIS) any level
1 MGT honors course, Colloquium or HIS 300 level or higher
MGT 499Y "Honors Research"
MGT 499T "Honors Thesis" or MGT 499P "Honors Project"
No more than 2 Honors Independent Studies
