Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class, and dine with a view from the Marriott Center at the top of the Lincoln Campus Center!

On today's menu:

Gazpacho or White Bean Soup
Sunflower Seed Bread
Romaine Salad with Ranch Dressing (with dinner)
Chicken Francaise with Lemon-Wine Sauce served with Garden Vegetables and a Sweet Potato Mash
Apple Cream Cheese Torte

Lunch and Dinner include a choice of two soups. Dinner includes a salad course.
