Faculty Advisor

You will be assigned a faculty advisor to help you plan your course of study and make suggestions in your program planning. He or she may help you to investigate careers. Before registering, you should contact either the Undergraduate Advisor or your faculty advisor when you have questions about your academic plan.

Each semester before registering, you should do some thinking and planning. Review the University Catalog to become familiar with your courses, general education requirements, and the policies and procedures of UMass. It is important to remember that your advisor can guide you in decision-making, but the choices are yours to make.

Planning to Graduate?

The university does not automatically graduate you when you have completed your program of study. You must tell the university you are ready to graduate. If this is your last semester, you should contact the Registrar's Office to confirm your planned graduation date. To determine whether you're on track to graduate, you can contact Derek Bratton.
