Foundation
Students should have a basic foundation in business administration before enrolling in core courses. If deficiencies in one or more areas exist, students will be directed toward the appropriate course(s) on campus. These courses must be completed in addition to the stated requirements of the thesis and non-thesis tracks. Also, any student without an undergraduate hospitality degree must take a departmental seminar course to gain a basic understanding of the hospitality and tourism industries.
