The MS/MBA Dual Degree Option

Admission Requirements

Dual degree students apply to both the HTM and MBA programs concurrently. Committees from each department evaluate application materials and submit recommendations to the Graduate School. All applicants are considered for assistantships, but priority is given to those whose application materials are complete by February 1.

Your application must include:

  • Completed University Graduate School application including a personal statement.
  • GMAT score - Official Copy sent to the University. (Our Institutional Code is 3917.) The minimum GMAT score is 600 with a balance between the verbal and quantitative portions.
  • Two letters of recommendation - We prefer one professional and one academic.
  • Resume
  • For international applicants only - Minimum score of 600 (250 Computer-based score) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • These materials should be sent to:

  • In addition, candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years' work experience in the hospitality industry.
