Finance Major

The core curriculum for finance majors include three courses in Corporate Finance, Investments, and Financial Modeling.

  • Individual areas of interest can be explored through a minimum of three additional courses in any of the four tracks.
  • Finance majors are strongly advised to take at least three credits of upper-level accounting, and three credits of economics.
  • The curricula of Financial Analyst, Risk Management, and Alternative Investments tracks are related to parts of the curricula of CFA, FRM, and CAIA professional certifications, respectively.
