Biography:

Professor Shmerling is an independent consultant. His company, 1Consulting, advises entrepreneurs and small businesses in the area of strategy, operations, technology, and e-marketing. Prior to that, he managed large corporate networks (voice and data) and led the development team of two communication and collaboration startups.
