Research/Teaching Interests:

My research interests include empowerment, leadership, organizational learning and conflict management. I am active in the following topics: 1) to examine multiple forms of decentralized leadership and their influence upon organizational effectiveness in team-based organizations; 2) to search for valid models to determine leadership identity and structure in teams and organizations; 3) to explore individuals' subjective perception of leadership and reveal individuals' motivation to lead in a global context.

I am now teaching administrative theory, organizational behavior, and international business to junior and senior undergraduates at the Isenberg School of Management.
