Schor, a 1989 Isenberg Ph.D. graduate who is Facilitating Leader and Chief Culture Officer with EILEEN FISHER Inc., the high-profile, perennially profitable designer and retailer of women's clothing. In her visit to Isenberg as Executive in Residence from April1-4, Schor gave an open lecture/presentation to the Isenberg community and shared insights in undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. classes.

Professor Nagurney's panel, moderated by Times Op-Ed columnist Joe Nocera, will explore the future of transport and traffic.

Isenberg and UMass Amherst Campus Energized by TEDx Talks

Isenberg and its students played a major role in UMass Amherst's first-ever TEDx (Technology, Entertainment, Design) UMass Amherst Talks, held at Mahar Auditorium and Isenberg on April 13. Inspired by the well-established national and regional TED Talks, the 8-hour event attracted over 400 students and many members of the region's business and idea communities (including faculty members and entrepreneurs).

Gift of Twelve Bloomberg Terminals Energizes Finance Education at Isenberg

A gift of twelve Bloomberg terminals to Isenberg from the investment management firm, Babson Capital Management, is giving Isenberg students a competitive edge and convenient, hands-on access to the investment industry standard in navigating financial and news data bases. Isenberg's finance department and the School's Technology Support Services are offering training sessions on the machines to all Isenberg students and faculty.
