Bio

Emily T. Porschitz is a Ph.D. student in Management with a concentration in Organization Studies in the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

She received an MBA from Plymouth State University in 2004, and a BA in Latin American Studies from Vassar College in 1998.

Her current research interests include: the entry-level labor market, organization identity, and business ethics.
