Alia Crocker is a doctoral student in Strategy at the Isenberg School of Management.  Her research and teaching interests include strategic management, organizational theory, resource-based theory, and human capital.  Prior to joining Isenberg she worked in the consulting industry for over 8 years. Alia received a bachelor's degree from Bentley University and a master's degree from Boston University.  She is a member of the Strategic Management Society, the Academy of Management and the Eastern Academy of Management.
