Kirk is a PhD student in Organization Studies.  After the completion of his BA in Audio Production at American University in Washington, DC, he had a short stint in the recording industry in New York City.  After seeing the attrition that existed in the industry, Kirk became interested in human resources and the manner in which industry strategy drives HR policies.  This led him to pursue a MBA in Human Resource Management at Michigan State University.  His current research interests include organizational justice as well as international management, specifically cross-cultural training and expatriate assignments.
