Bio
MBA from Golden Gate U. in 2005 with Highest Honors in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Certificate from UC San Diego in 2002, BS from UC Davis in 1999 for Biological Sciences: Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior.
Deanna worked in the research and development sector before returning to academia to research project team dynamics. Her multidisciplinary research has earned the Isenberg Award for the 2007-2008 academic year, and an American Indian Graduate Fellowship from 2006-2008.
Research Interests
Research involving complex team processes with a special interest in team cognitive and behavioral processes, team mental models, decision making, communication, and social exchange.
