Brief bio
Seon Jeong (Ally) Lee is a Ph. D. Student in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She holds her BA and MA in Hotel Administration at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, service marketing, and virtual environment. She is a recipient of Eugene M. Isenberg Awards for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Research/teaching interest:
Consumer behavior, e-servicescape, experiential consumption, green marketing, lodging operation, service marketing, and self-service technology.
