Bio

Phuong Anh Nguyen is a Ph.D. student in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Science. She received a Bachelors of Art in Molecular and Cell Biology in May 1998 at the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration with an option in Production and Materials Management in June 2003 at the California State University, Hayward.

She is Secretary of the UMass-Amherst INFORMS Student Chapter.

Research and Teaching Interests:
Her research interests is in systematic innovation and quality management.
