Richard is the founding Director of the Isenberg School of Management Career Services Center. A nationally recognized authority on job search and careers, Richard is the author of seven career books, including First Job: A New Grad's Guide to Launching Your Business Career, 101 Hiring Mistakes Employers Make...and How to Avoid Them, and 101 Dynamite Questions to Ask at Your Job Interview. The National Association of Colleges and Employers has adopted his "ETIQUETTE AND ETHICS IN YOUR JOB SEARCH WHAT ARE THEY AND WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?" Richard has been a guest on many radio and television interview programs and has been quoted in numerous online and hardcopy media. In addition, Richard is the "industry expert" for Resume Maker Deluxe, a best-selling job search CD-ROM.
Office Hours: Richard typically has 25 to 30 walk-in hours each week. Weekly hours are e-mailed to students, accessible on isenberg.experience.com as a pop-up message and posted in front of SOM 101.
