Don’t have an eRecruiting Account or not sure if you do?

Both the Isenberg and University Career Services eRecruiting sites require separate sets of usernames and passwords. Follow instructions below if you are unable to access either site.

ISENBERG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT Chase Career Center eRrecruiting Site:

SENIORS AND JUNIORS: All juniors and seniors are downloaded into the system prior to the start of the semester. To log on and create your profile:

  1. Click on http://isenberg.erecruiting.com
  2. Enter your 8 digit SPIRE NUMBER as the USERNAME
  3. Enter the word Isenberg (Case does not matter) as the PASSWORD

If you have been pre-loaded into the system, you will be able to proceed with completing your profile.

What to do if you don’t have an account:
For a variety of reasons, some student data does get missed during the pre-load process. If you find that the system does not recognize your SPIRE number and password, please send an email to chasecareercenter@som.umass.edu. Include your full name, SPIRE number, year of graduation and your major. You will receive an email confirming your account and can proceed to set up your profile.

UNIVERSITY CAREER SERVICES eRecruiting Site:

All undergraduate students are pre loaded into the UMASS eRecruiting site prior to the start of the academic year. To log in and create your profile:

  1. Click on http://umass.erecruiting.com
  2. Enter uma plus your SPIRE # number (ex: uma12345678) for the USERNAME
  3. Enter only your SPIRE # as the PASSWORD

What to do if you don’t have an account:

If the system does not recognize you, please e-mail Career Services at ccnhelp@acad.umass.edu. Include your full name, your SPIRE number, year of graduation, your major and your email address. You will receive an email with login information in order to proceed with setting up your profile.
