ExCEL = Exploring Careers through Experiential Learning

For Employers:
The Chase Career Center is inaugurating ExCEL, an early identification program designed to provide your recruiting team and hiring managers a chance to engage with Isenberg School of Management students before their junior year.

ExCEL offers companies an opportunity to establish relationships with second year students and identify potential interns and future full time talent early. For more information visit ExCEL Criteria for Employers.

For Students:
ExCEL is a two semester personalized and structured program for sophomore Isenberg students designed to engage participants in career exploration and professional etiquette development. 

ExCEL students will be required to attend employer events, individualized sessions with an ExCEL advisor from the Chase Career Center and group sessions with other ExCEL participants. For more information visit ExCEL for Students.
