Biography:

As a consultant with Towers Perrin, Mercer HR Consulting and Fidelity Investments, Bob has helped clients with communications strategy development and implementation for business literacy campaigns, benefits enrollments, cultural/employee assessments, and work/life and diversity initiatives. He is experienced in print, video, electronic and web-based media. Former clients include GE, Corning, BCBS-MA, Boston Scientific, Raytheon, Partners HealthCare as well as many labor unions and universities.
