Communication skills for the emerging workplace.
No skill is more crucial to business success than the ability to communicate effectively. With today's dynamic workplace, where technology presents new efficiencies -- and new challenges -- for communication, your ability to think critically, craft messages and reach audiences will be put to the test.
The George W. Spiro '71 Business Communication Program will prepare you for these challenges. Our business communication courses, which are both theme and discipline-based, offer you the opportunity to practice the critical thinking, business writing and oral presentation skills that will help you achieve success in your field.
Along with offering courses, the Business Communication Program houses the Channing L. Bete Communication Center, which serves Isenberg undergraduate and MBA students and provides assistance with writing and speaking assignments for any class, or with materials related to the job search, graduate school applications, and scholarships. Combined, our courses and services assist you in your efforts to become an effective business communicator.
