Federal tax law and their impact on taxpayer planning

Federal taxation (indivdual, partnership and corporate income taxation)

Biography:

Professor Whiteman teaches various undergraduate and graduate courses in Federal Taxation.

He has published articles in the Tax Executive, the Practical Lawyer, the CPA Journal and the Georgia Journal of Accounting.He was previously employed as an I.R.S. Agent, a trial attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel, and as a tax attorney with a regional law firm.

He was a the past administer of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).
