Avoid Program Fees

1. Plan Your Schedule in Advance
2. Register Early

1. Plan Your Schedule in Advance

As a matriculated student in our Part-Time MBA Program, you will need to stay consecutively enrolled in the program to avoid paying program fees.

There is $275 Program Fee charged to matriculated students who do not enroll in a Fall or Spring term. You are not considered to be registered for a semester if you are completing an "incomplete" grade. You would need to take an additional class while completing your "incomplete" to maintain an "active" status.

Please note - if the Program Fee is not paid prior to the first day of classes, you will also incur an additional $125 readmit fee and will need to be readmitted to the program.

If you have been consecutively enrolled in the Part-Time MBA program for two respective semesters, you may be eligible for a one-time Program Fee Waiver.

While the summer semester is a regular semester in our program, you will not incur a program fee if you do not take classes during that semester (you will only be charged if you take off a fall or spring semester).

Please contact the Graduate Programs Office if you intend to:

Take a fall or spring semester off.

Utilize a program fee waiver.

We recommend that you use our Degree Checklist to plan your course of study at least two semesters in advance.

2. Register Early

Many of our classes fill up quickly. If you are a matriculated student, you are very likely to secure a seat in your desired course(s) if you register early. If the classes you need are full, you may not be able to enroll, and you would be subject to the Program Fee described above.

Important: If you register late (after the add/drop period), you will be withdrawn for Failure to Enroll. If you wish to be readmitted, you will need to contact the Graduate Programs Office, pay the program fee, as well as a readmit fee.
