Women in Business
Creating a lifelong network to support, develop, and empower women MBAs in the competitive business climate.
WiB strives to provide our members with networking opportunities and professional development events to discuss important issues currently facing women in business. WiB offers current MBA students, professors, alumni, and local businesswomen the opportunity to strengthen their lifelong network through robust connections with other members of our network.
To reach this objective, WiB strives to:
- Provide WiB members with value-added programming including speaker series, career fairs, and networking events to assist members in developing their professional network and career strategy.
- Benefit from affiliation with the National Association of Women MBAs by providing access to the NAWMBA member database, job boards, and the annual NAWMBA Conference and Career Fair.
- Create a lifelong network of successful women including current students, professors, alumni, and local businesswomen through the Isenberg Graduate WiB website, database, and social networking sites.
- Provide a forum for current students to interact with Isenberg alumni, friends of the program, and other professional women to learn about experiences in the workplace and to benefit from their guidance.
"The Isenberg full-time MBA program is a phenomenal program for women, with a very strong sense of community between female students, professors, and alumnae."
-Daniele Mathras , MBA '09
