At Isenberg we have a flexible program design with one or two year residency options to best meet your career objectives. Students explore their academic interests through advanced coursework, pursuing their area of focus with electives at Isenberg or throughout the UMass Amherst campus. They can also craft their own approved independent study to fully customize their academic focus.
During the spring semester, in addition to taking 1-2 elective courses, students are immersed in an experiential learning-based practicum project (6 credits) with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. These projects allow students to apply their business knowledge and solve complex issues with a group of colleagues.
The Isenberg Full-time MBA degree requires completion of a minimum of 55 credits. Students must also maintain a 3.0 grade point average throughout the life of the program.
